  • How can I buy tickets?

    In order to buy your tickets, access the TICKETS section of this website. The purchase will be subject to availability.

    Purchases are limited to five tickets per buyer. For bigger groups please contact vendas@gpbrasil.com.br.

    From October 27th on, it is also possible to purchase tickets directly at the box office of the Interlagos Circuit.

    October, 27th to November, 08th – from 9:00am to 5:00pm 
    November, 09th – from 7:00am to 5:00pm
    November, 10th and 11th – from 7:00am to 12:00pm 

    Working hours of the Customer Service Centre:

    The Customer Service Centre and the Box Office are located at the José Carlos Pace Circuit, in Interlagos, at Av. Senador Teotônio Vilela s/n, beside Gate 7.

  • How can I purchase tickets to a VIP Area?

    To purchase tickets for the VIP Areas access the TICKETS section on this website. The purchase is subject to availability.

    Purchases are limited to five tickets per buyer. For bigger groups please contact vendas@gpbrasil.com.br.

  • How may I buy tickets for a minor who has no ID?

    The purchase of a ticket for a minor who has no ID, respecting the minimum age allowed, should be made with one of the parents’ ID or other responsible person.

  • How may I pay for the tickets?

    For purchases on the website, the payment must be made by credit card: Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted.

    For the card holder’s greater safety, the purchased ticket must be collected exclusively by the card holder upon presentation of an original ID document with a photo and the credit card used for the purchase. If one of these rules is not respected, it will not be possible to collect the ticket and the purchase will be cancelled.

    For purchases at the Box Office in the Interlagos Circuit, tickets should be paid by cash or credit card.

  • Which are the fees involved?

    For purchases on the website there is an administrative fee of R$30,00 for each transaction.

  • How may I collect the tickets purchased on the website?

    Tickets purchased on the official website may be collected from October 27th.

    Tickets will be available for collection 5 days after the date of purchase. We would like to remind you that the Customer Service Centre will be open from October 27th. Therefore, we suggest you to collect your tickets before November 09th for your greater convenience.

    For the card holder’s greater safety, tickets must be collected by the card holder himself at the Customer Service Centre upon presentation of an original ID document with photo and the card used for the purchase. If this rule is not respected, it will not be possible to collect the ticket and the purchase will be cancelled.

  • How may I cancel my purchase?

    To cancel your purchase, you must access the TICKETS section in your registration and then enter the MY REQUESTS section. Select the purchase you want to cancel and click on CANCEL REQUEST.

    The deadline for purchase cancellations is October 10th.

    We also inform that the reimbursement right will be handled by the credit card administrator and there will be a 10% cancellation fee as stated in the Terms of Use and in the email of purchase confirmation. The credit card administrator will receive the cancellation request and will make the reimbursement according to its rules respecting the contract between the client and the credit card administrator itself. Promoters are not responsible for any delay on the reimbursement process.

    The cancellation of ticket purchases without the cancellation fee is possible if the purchase has been made on the website and ONLY if the cancellation request is made up to 7 days after the purchase confirmation.

    If you have already collected your tickets, the purchase may not be cancelled.

  • May I change the sector and/or the quantity of tickets that I have already purchased?

    Yes, it is possible to change sector and/or quantity of tickets that you have already purchased but for that, you must cancel the initial request and start a new purchase selecting the quantity and sector you wish.

    We inform that due to operational matters you must cancel the entire order. It is not possible to cancel an individual part of the order.

    If the request has already been authenticated, the reimbursement will be made by the credit card administrator directly which will receive all the information about the cancellation request and will handle the reimbursement according to its rules, respecting the contract between the client and the credit card administrator itself. Promoters are not responsible for any delay of the reimbursement process.

  • What are the working hours and the address of the Customer Service Centre and the Box Office at the circuit?

  • May I use the tickets for promotions?

    The tickets of the Formula 1 Grande Prêmio Heineken do Brasil 2018 are the Promoters’ property and they are intended to permit access to the Circuit on the three days of the Event. Therefore, the client undertakes not to sell and/or allow these tickets to be sold to third parts and not to consign them for promotional actions and not to use them in any other way for economic gain.

    Violators will be prosecuted and the tickets cancelled.

  • What is the minimum age allowed to attend to the Event?

    The age limit to access the circuit during the Formula 1 Grande Prêmio Heineken do Brasil 2018 was established by the Childhood and Youth Regional Forum in Santo Amaro – SP at 5 years old. Children between five (5) and twelve (12) years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, carrying necessary documentation, namely:

    Child’s and guardian’s original ID document with photo; Original authorization signed by the parents if not the ones with the child.

  • May I access the circuit with flags, coolers, food, beverages or other objects?

    Due to safety reasons it is strictly prohibited to access the circuit with any object which may cause injuries, discomfort, embarrassment as well as any items that compromise the integrity and safety of others, or do not comply with legal and health conditions, such as the examples below, but not limited to:

    WARNING: FOWC, Formula One World Championship, owns the sound and image rights of all the races in the Formula 1 World Championship, therefore all the rights of all recordings generated during the Formula 1 Grande Prêmio Heineken do Brasil 2018 are assigned to FOWC.

    • Any type of weapons, whether guns, knives and their species (perforating, sharp) and others;

    • Aggressive objects or objects made of related raw materials, such as fireworks, flares, bombs, explosives and other smoke devices and pyrotechnic devices or devices that produce similar effects;

    Sharp or pointed objects such as pliers, tweezers, nail clippers, scissors, forks, knives, mirrors and others;

    Bulky objects, or any item larger than 25cm x 25cm x 25cm and which cannot be stored between the feet or occupy the space of a person, such as coolers, large bags, rucksacks, suitcases, sport bags and similar bags;

    • Objects which are harmful, can cause injury or be thrown, such as sticks, sprays, pepper or mustard gas, neuromuscular incapacitation machines (tasers), lasers, umbrellas, canes, crutches, poles, helmets, bottles, cans, cups, and other closed containers;

    • Professional equipment for image and sound capture such as professional cameras (interchangeable lens), professional filming equipment and drones;

    • Clothes that fully cover the face, not allowing the identification of the person;

    • Any kind of liquid including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages;

    • Food, either for own consumption or to sell;

    • Any substances banned or regulated by legislation such as narcotics or stimulants;

    Animals of any kind, except for guide dog, with proper training and on presentation of the card and nameplate, issued by the Guide Dog Training Center, updated immunization records and animal equipment, according to current law.

    The ticket holder must submit to inspections, checks and removal of unauthorized objects by designated and/or authorized personnel or authorities, duly identified, at the entrance of the Interlagos Circuit on the three days of the Event.
