Care with your ticket

Replacing tickets in case of loss, robbery or damage is not possible. We advise that the tickets should be kept in a safe place, far from electronic or magnetic devices, protected from the heat, humidity and sunlight.

Each ticket grants access exclusively and only to the specified area, it if is not allowed to leave the circuit and return to it using the same ticket.

When leaving the circuit please do not give your ticket or pass to another person.

CET

Every year CET (Traffic Engineering Company) arranges a special system of public transportation with bus lines to the Interlagos circuit during the three days of the Formula 1 Grande Prêmio Heineken do Brasil 2018. For more information visit CET’s website (www.cetsp.com.br)

SPTrans

CPTM

To reach the circuit by train you may use Line 9 – ESMERALDA, Osasco-Grajaú until the “AUTÓDROMO” Station, sited on Plínio Schmidt Street, approximately 600m far from Gate G. For more information visit CPTM’s website (www.cptm.sp.gov.br)

ATENDE

SPTrans organises Special Care Service – ATENDE, a type of free transportation to disabled people or people with serious mobility problems. For more information visit the website (www.sptrans.com.br).

Food and Beverages

During the three days of the event Sectors A, F, M, and Q have snack bars with food and beverages at the customers´ expense.

There is a catering service with cold food and beverages available in Sector B included in the ticket price.

The Orange Tree Club, Interlagos Club and Premium Paddock Club offer a complementary catering service.

Lost and Found

If you lose or find something inside the Interlagos Circuit during the three days of the Event you can look for our staff in your sector.

Minimum age allowed

The age limit to access the circuit during the Formula 1 Grande Prêmio Heineken do Brasil 2018 was established by the Childhood and Youth Regional Forum in Santo Amaro – SP at 5 years of age. Children between five (5) and twelve (12) years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, carrying necessary documentation, namely:

• Child’s and guardian’s original ID document with photo;

• Original authorization signed by the parents if not the ones with the child.

Special Needs

All the grandstands in the Interlagos Circuit are able to receive people with reduced mobility for the Formula 1 Grande Prêmio Heineken do Brasil 2018. Proper toilets included.

Ticket Collection

The ticket collection at the Customer Service Centre should be made:

• between October 27th and November 08th - from 9:00 to 17:00
• on November 09th - from 7:00 to 17:00
• on November 10th and 11th - from 7:00 to 12:00

The Customer Service Central is sited at Av. Senador Teotônio Vilela s/n, close to Gate 7.For your convenience we highly recommend you to collect your tickets before the days of the Event.

For safety reasons tickets purchased in a transaction without the authentication by the bank at the time of the purchase will be collected only by the credit card holder upon presentation of an original document with photo and the credit card used for the purchase. If these rules are not respected the ticket may not be collected and the financial transaction will be cancelled.


VIP Areas

Tickets for the VIP Areas purchased on this website must be collected at the Customer Service Central in the Interlagos Circuit. In case the financial transaction has been authenticated in the environment of the credit card issuing bank at the time of the purchase, the presentation of an original document with photo is considered enough.

What not to take

Due to safety reasons it is strictly prohibited to access the circuit with any object which may cause injuries, discomfort, embarrassment as well as any items that compromise the integrity and safety of others, or do not comply with legal and health conditions, such as the examples below, but not limited to:

• Any type of weapons, whether guns, knives and their species (perforating, sharp) and others;

• Aggressive objects or objects made of related raw materials, such as fireworks, flares, bombs, explosives and other smoke devices and pyrotechnic devices or devices that produce similar effects;

• Sharp or pointed objects such as pliers, tweezers, nail clippers, scissors, forks, knives, mirrors and others;

• Bulky objects, or any item larger than 25cm x 25cm x 25cm and which can not be stored between the feet or occupying the space of a person, such as coolers, large bags, rucksacks, suitcases, sport bags and similar bags;

• Objects which are harmful, can cause injury or be thrown, such as sticks, sprays, pepper or mustard gas, neuromuscular incapacitation machines (tasers), lasers, umbrellas, canes, crutches, poles, helmets, bottles, cans, cups, and other closed containers;

• Professional equipment for image and sound capture such as professional cameras (interchangeable lens), professional filming equipment and drones;

• Sunscreen in a bottle larger than 120 ml or aerosol;

• Clothes that fully cover the face, not allowing the identification of the person;

• Any kind of liquid including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages;

• Food, either for own consumption or to sell;

• Any substances banned or regulated by legislation such as narcotics or stimulants;

• Animals of any kind, except for guide dog, with proper training and on presentation of the card and nameplate, issued by the Guide Dog Training Center, updated immunization records and animal equipment, according to current law.;

The ticket holder must submit to inspections, checks and removal of unauthorized objects by designated and / or authorized personnel or authorities, duly identified, at the entrance of the Interlagos Circuit on the three days of the Event.

What to take / wear

The weather can vary during the day, therefore it is advisable to take a coat as well as a raincoat. Wear comfortable shoes and take your own sunscreen.

We would just like to remind you that bottles bigger than 120ml or aerosol are not allowed.

Due to the sound of the cars we highly recommend the use of earplugs.

It is important that you keep an ID with photo with you because the presentation of it may be required when buying alcoholic beverages.
